The COVID-19 restrictions which have been put in place in schools – from periods of remote learning to wearing masks in classrooms – have meant that it is more important than ever for Trusts and schools to effectively communicate important information to all stakeholders. Of course, our partners have also been looking for innovative ways to support their students when traditional methods such as in-person open events and information evenings have not been possible. We are proud of how we have continued to help our partners adapt to the change in circumstances brought on by COVID-19.
We have worked with our partners to develop engaging work from home material, encouraging positive learning from home.
We have helped our partners maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, providing engagement and reinforcement through online reward campaigns.
We have supported our partners in using their online channels (such as social media platforms) effectively, implementing bespoke campaigns to deliver real impact and positive stakeholder engagement.
We have created innovative, tailored virtual programmes to ensure that important events in the school calendar could still go ahead. We use our wide range of multimedia skills and online expertise to positively portray Trusts and schools amongst prospective parents and pupils.
We have designed, produced and installed a range of interior and exterior signage alongside targeted digital campaigns to address concerns and provide clarity of expectations surrounding the return to school, helping to make the transition as smooth and safe as possible.
We have continued to support our partners to attract the best candidates, with bespoke recruitment and profile-raising campaigns at a local and Trust level.
