Smooth Operations: How Team EE works

As we work with lots of diverse and exciting partners at Engaging Education, we have developed internal systems to help us keep on top of every project we are involved in, and deliver end products we are really proud of.

Whether you are thinking of working with us, or are already one of our partners, you might be interested in how our team works together to deliver projects quickly and effectively.

We have identified a few key elements of our working process which we think really underpin who we are and what we do.

1. Kick-off meetings

The most important step at the beginning of our partnerships is the kick-off meeting. This is where an Account Manager, plus any other key members of the team, meet with a partner organisation to discuss their upcoming project. This allows us to really understand our partners’ needs and ensures everyone is on the same page regarding what we are aiming to achieve and when.

2. Just keep planning…

We put a lot of effort into detailed planning to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed by the right teams at the right time. From creating the initial pitch to delivering the final project, we work out the fine details so that our partners don’t have to, allowing them to focus on what they do best while we do the same.

3. Quality content creation

Our creatives work closely to develop and deliver engaging and attractive content, whether that’s social media graphics, school prospectuses, campaign videos, or anything else you can think of. Every member of the team offers unique expertise and experience, ensuring that deliverables go above and beyond our partners’ expectations.

4. Effective distribution

Exciting new initiatives and resources are only useful if people can see them! We ensure that the results of any project are distributed to the right places at the right time, whether that’s printed materials in the community or online campaigns across social media. Our team loves to help our partners to shout about the great work they’re doing, using targeted advertising and news outlets to spread the word where appropriate.

5. Teamwork makes the dream work

The real key to making sure all our tasks run smoothly is good communication and feedback – both within our team, and between EE and our partners. We value building strong, long-term relationships with the schools, multi-academy trusts and other organisations that we work with to really understand their needs. The better we get to know our partners, the better service we can provide.

These are just a few of the factors which are central to how we operate at Engaging Education. Beyond this, we have developed our systems and services over ten years, and are confident in our ability to provide personalised and professional service across a range of projects.
