After we, like the rest of the world, spent a long time working remotely in 2020/21, we developed a flexible approach to working. We split our time between home and the studio, so our team gets the best of both worlds. One day you might want to work in your PJs, the next you might want to get outside and talk to someone who’s not your cat. We’ve got you. No matter where we are, we get the chance to collaborate every day. We share ideas, learn from each other, and drive our work forwards – always.

We care about our team.

We know that we can’t do our best work without looking after every member of the team. We have regular one-to-one catchups with our Wellbeing Officer to make sure every single person on the team feels heard and happy in their work.

We support everyone on the team to plan and monitor their career development and progression with their Team Lead. Through mentoring, training courses and self-development days, we want to make sure everyone can achieve their professional goals.

We have a Values Club that’s made up of new members every six months. It’s key to bringing a little extra to working at EE. From organising regular social events and team challenges to sending little surprises through the post, the Values Club keeps morale high all year round.

Our flexible approach to working means we’re super family-friendly. We’re happy to talk about different working hours to meet your needs. Speaking of which, we offer a generous holiday package including a two-week company closure over Christmas.
